You can upload the following format:
Audio Player (Music) - available formats: mp3, wmv, mp4, wav, aiff (best: mp3)
Video Player (Film) - available formats: mpg, mpeg, avi, m4v, mov, raw, swf (best: mov)
Image Player (Art&Design) - available formats: jpg, gif, bmp, png, tif (best: jpg)
After uploading a video please allow 5-20 minutes for conversion. It may also take longer. We are sorry for this inconvinience. We are currently working to shorten waiting time.
Upload freezes: Media uploads are currentlich optimized for Internet Explorer, Safari and Mozilla Firefox. In very rare cases you might be faced with minor difficulties on Mac, especially on Mac OS X Leopard. If your upload progress freezes at 0%, rename the medium with just a single word. You can re-edit for song, after uploading, in the "Edit" section.
Any special characters (,%&/=) may cause the album cover to disappear or a medium not to upload correctly.
We are working to solve these issues. We suggest using a computer
running windows or macOs if you are still having troubles. An ugrade
to latest version of the Adobe Flash Player might also resolve the problem.
